Balancing the face

This face yoga routine focuses on creating balance in the facial muscles. The aim is to release tension in the active, tense muscles in the neck, chin and mouth and to strengthen the muscles in the cheeks. when the muscles in the neck, chin area a tense they start to pull the other facial muscles down, especially the ones in the cheeks and eyes.

Eliminate double chin

Double chin- face yoga exercises and massage to prevent and reverse a double chin. Short, intense workout.

This routine will help release jaw tension, strengthen the muscles in the jaw and neck whilst aiding lymphatic drainage. Followed by a quick Gua Sha routine to aid drainage using my bespoke Gua Sha tool.

Lift Cheeks, Lift mouth corners and eliminate jowls

Under 10 minute routine to lift, contour cheeks. Lifting the corners of the mouth to eliminate a sad face look. Strengthening the cheeks and lips will help in reducing nasolabial lines as-well as. jowls.

10 minute routine to release tension in the brows and jaw muscles. working over acupressure points for gallbladder and liver to balance the liver energy. (when out of balance, emotions of anger, frustration and annoyance may surface.)

Based on Chinese medicine we are now in the season of Fire element. The organ associated with this element is the Heart. This routine focuses on the exercises that help create balance for this energy type.

The heart is the organ responsible for nourishing the skin by maintaining proper blood flow. An Imbalance can show up as paleness, puffiness, fine lines, broken capillaries and flushed irritated complexion.

Tension in the neck and décolleté area can be caused by various factors such as stress, poor posture, and muscle tightness. When muscles are tense and tight, it can lead to the formation of wrinkles and fine lines, on the neck and can begin to pull down on the facial muscles leading to sagging.
