At Revive Room I pride myself on using only the purest therapeutic grade essential oil blends. These are 100% organic essential oils, guaranteeing a better experience. Deep Tissue/ Sports Massage
Using a special blend of essential oils to reduce inflammation and pain. This massage uses firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscles and fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles). It’s used to treat chronic aches and pains, contracted areas such as a stiff neck and shoulders, tight legs or injuries from overuse such as tennis elbow or carpel tunnel.
Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Using a special blend of essential oils to help reduce oedema. This massage uses gentle, light pressure to increase the flow of lymph and reduce toxins in your body. Indian Head Massage
A relaxing holistic treatment that uses acupressure massage on the head, face, neck and shoulders. It aims to rebalance your body’s energies. This massage focuses on the three higher “chakras” mind, body, spirit and as such hits your energy epicentre. Reflexology
Reflexology works by applying pressure to a range of particular points on your feet. By focusing on certain areas on the feet, known as reflexes to gently stimulate the corresponding eight systems and organs of the body: skeletal, muscular, neurological, respiratory, endocrine, digestive, vascular, and reproductive/urinary.
