Balancing Spleen- Part 2
Today’s class is concentrated on the lower cheeks to help strengthen the buccinator muscle. When this muscle is weak it creates hollowness in the lower cheeks. When the lower cheeks are toned and lifted they can better support the cheeks.
Followed up by dynamic forehead lift exercises to smooth forehead wrinkles and lift heavy, droopy eye lids.

Releasing tension around the mouth to prevent and reverse marionette lines. Face yoga and Gua Sha combined.
Plump Lips

Although we focus on the cheeks and eye region this routine helps to lift the entire face. It’s challenging workout but you’ll feel toned and lifted afterwards.
Nasolabial lines & wrinkles around eyes

Intense routine that will leave your muscles burning. You’ll feel the lift by this end of this class.

Energising full face workout. If you’re feeling tired, puffy and need an energy boost this workout is for you. Intense static and dynamic exercises to lift the entire face. This routine concludes with a Gua Sha routine to drain puffiness and sculpt the face, whilst stimulating many facial acupressure points.
